What a great chance to get involved in our community and support the new Mercer Bears football team! Some of our very own former Tattnall Trojans will be there in their new roles as Mercer Bears! Take your whole family!

 

Check Your Monday Folders!

Included in your child's Monday folder, you will find your child's report card, a Renaissance AR Connection letter, Wahsega packets for both campers and chaperones, and re-enrollment contracts (for  those who have not already turned them in). 

In this busy time of year, please be sure to check our blog, emails, and your child's Monday folder on a regular basis for necessary information from the 5th grade team!
 

5th Grade Support for Missions Opportunity

The 5^th graders have a wonderful opportunity to support several of our own Tattnall Trojans as they travel to Orphanage Emmanuel located in Guaimaca, Honduras.  Linda and Lamar Bush are taking Christian Arnett (5^th), Hunter Martin (8^th), Rebecca Winget (10^th), and Rachel Terrill (11^th), as well as others, to this orphanage for a missions trip in June.  They have asked our fifth grade to help.  They would like for you to send in as many packages of Pop-Ice (any brand) or money designated to purchase Pop-Ice for the orphans in this hot, oppressed country.  Let’s fill the crates being sent to Honduras for this worthwhile cause.  Please send in your donations by Friday, March 15, 2013.  Thank you for your caring and generosity.

Re-enroll Through April 15 at a Reduced Fee

Re-enrollment forms and the required fee are due by April 15 to reserve your child's space for next school year at the reduced rate of $100.00 per child. After April 15th, the rate will increase to $150 per child. 

  

Please do not hesitate to contact our front office if you have any questions concerning the re-enrollment process.

Important Reminders

Here are just a few reminders of things going on in the 5th grade that you may need to know!

     * Wahsega money is due now.  Please send in your balance ASAP.          Contact your homeroom teacher for balance amount due if you need it!

     * Our Spring Musical is approaching quickly, and Mrs. Howd has sent these instructions for your information:
                        

             ·  Date:        Tuesday, March 12^th

             ·  Time:        Trojan Legion/Musical – 6:00 p.m.

             ·  Clothing:  Jeans and a plain, bright colored shirt
