December 7:  Tattnall Night at Steve's Corner Cafe
December 8:  Christmas Band Concert
December 12:  Kids Yule Love 8:15, Early Dismissal at 11:30, but students may leave after the program.
December 12-15: Early Dismissal - 11:30
December 13:  Tattnall Night at Stevi B's
December 16: 5th grade Christmas breakfast, Early Dismissal - 10:30
December 17 - January 3 - Christmas holidays!

January 4:  Students return

 

A Big Thanksgiving Thank you!

Thank you to all who helped make our feast such a success!  Our families have helped stock the food pantry here in Macon so that others can feast this Thanksgiving, as well.  We hope all of you have a very Happy Thanksgiving with your families.  We are truly thankful for each one of you!

Correction to our Feast!

Please note that the correct date for our Thanksgiving Feast is November 16th, at 12:30.  So sorry for the confusion!

Uniform Alert for tomorrow!

Tomorrow, the elementary school will have our picture taken spelling out the letters "TSA" on the football field.  Please have your child wear blue, gold, or white uniform shirts tomorrow.  Thanks for your help!

Food Drive Challenge

We have been challenged to fill up Mrs. Mallett's office with food items to where she cannot even get through the door!    During this time of Thanksgiving, let's show our gratitude for all of our blessings by giving to those who are less fortunate than ourselves. Below is a list of days and items to bring on those days.  Mrs. Mallett does not think we can do this.  Let's prove her wrong and squeeze her out of her office!

Tuesday, November 8th:        TUNA TUESDAY

Wednesday, November 9th:   WHEATIES WEDNESDAY  (Any Cereal)

Thursday, November 10th:     PEANUT BUTTER THURSDAY

Friday, November 11th:          FRUIT JUICE FRIDAY

Monday, November 14th:       MACARONI MONDAY  (Any pasta)

Tuesday, November 15th:     “SOUP”ER TUESDAY

Wednesday, November 16th:   BEANIE WEDNESDAY  (Any canned bean)

Look for the letter coming home today, Friday, November 4!

Important Dates to Remember

November 11  - Grandparent's/Special Friends Day - Early Dismissal at 11:30.

- Students need to dress in red/white/blue on the day of the program.

November 16   - Thanksgiving Feast - 12:30.  All are welcome!  More details to follow!

November 21-25 - Thanksgiving Holidays

December 5 - Upper Elementary Christmas Musical

December 12 - Kids Yule Love - Early Dismissal

December 12-15 - Half Days - 11:45 Dismissal

December 16 - 5th grade Christmas Breakfast - Dismiss at 10:30.
